Last December, Aiguebelle celebrated its 150th anniversary. For this occasion, the first and the oldest chocolate brand in Morocco organized the National Pastry Competition by Aiguebelle in which five finalists pastry chefs from different regions of Morocco competed.
A first and incredible edition, where one of the finalists got the chance to win the title of Chef of Morocco and a trip to Turkey to attend the Pastry Salon. A special edition that combines the flavors of Morocco, modernity and the chefs personal touch. Aiguebelle goal was to create an opportunity for Moroccan chefs to showcase their talents. Creativity and technical precision were the most important judging criteria perfectly met by first prize winner Majda Bounab. Originally from the city of Bengrir and passionate about chocolate and pastry, Majda has confirmed her talents and won the title of Chef of Morocco.
